A self catering, luxury bungalow with some adaptations for those with physical disabilities in Constantine Bay, a few minutes walk from the sandy/surfing beach and stunning coastal walks. It also has views over the renowned Trevose Golf Course to the sea and is only four miles from the picturesque fishing village of Padstow.

Do you love golfing/surfing/walking? Then this large, detached, family bungalow, fully centrally heated for off season, situated in a quiet, private, no through road is for you. Excellent rates for smaller groups out of school holidays. With double glazing it is very well equipped and extremely comfortable.

There are five bedrooms: one double (6’x6’or can be twin) with single duvets, three twin bedded and one bunk bedroom. A travel cot, travel stair gate for doorways and 2 highchairs are supplied together with one hairdryer. We can supply linen and teatowels at a price per head (but not beach towels) or you can bring your own.

There are two bathrooms, one of which can be en-suite, the other is large enough for a bath and large walk in shower, and a separate shower room with basin and WC.

The large sitting room has comfy seating, a TV and a Cornish stone open Baxi fireplace for out of season fires. A sun room leads off the sitting room with wonderful views across the golf course to the sea beyond.


The fifth bedroom can double as a second TV/VCR/DVD room with internet access and a games/jigsaw table.

The large kitchen/dining room has new fully fitted units, a double oven electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.


The utility/dog’s bedroom also has larder fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are gardens to front and rear with sun loungers and patio furniture for outside dining.

The garage contains a table tennis table and can be used for storing surf boards.
Smoking is not permitted within Burcot and one well trained dog only is allowed.
